Post-purchase survey
Ask "How did you hear about us?" with short-answer or multiple-choice questions, and export the answers as CSV.
Order status
Show live fulfillment status on the Order status page, so customers know where their order stands.
Referral code
Show one fixed discount code, or a unique code generated for each order, so customers come back or pass it on.
Custom message
Add your own heading and text: a thank-you note, care instructions, an offer or a policy.
Blocks use Shopify's checkout and customer account extensions, follow your checkout branding, and count views and clicks only for shoppers who allow analytics.
